MY STORY
Tracy Hamm is a soccer coach, player and consultant with a 10-year track record of soccer leadership stretching across the youth, high school, and college game. She is a service-oriented leader who believes in a diverse and inclusive world where anyone who wants to get involved in soccer has access and opportunity, and the education and support to succeed.
Hamm is currently the head women’s soccer coach at University of California, Davis. A Bay Area native, Tracy graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006 and has long-standing roots in the community. Following her professional playing career from 2008-2010 in the WPS (Women's Professional Soccer), she earned a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2011 and a second Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University-Irvine in 2014. As one of two American women to hold a UEFA 'A' coaching license, Hamm is a passionate advocate for women coaches globally. She also serves on the WIS (Women in Soccer) Advisory Board and believes in building confidence and leadership through soccer. She is a Goal Five Ambassador and has been a keynote speaker at the WPSL Convention and featured in the short documentary, ‘Coach.’ Outside of coaching, Tracy loves her dog Murphy, her partner Justin, and the beach!
